Idol Philippines April 21, 2019 Idol Philippines, formally known by its title as the Search for the Idol Philippines, is an upcoming Philippine reality singing television competition on ABS-CBN to find new solo singing talents.[1] It is part of the Idol franchise created by British entertainment executive Simon Fuller. This is the third adaptation of the Idol franchise in the Philippines, after Philippine Idol in 2006 by ABC Development Corporation and Pinoy Idol in 2008 by GMA Network. The show will be hosted by singer-actor Billy Crawford; while the judging panel will be composed of singer-actress Regine Velasquez, comedian and television presenter Vice Ganda, singer-actor James Reid, and singer-songwriter Moira Dela Torre. The show is expected to air this April 21, 2019.
